TEAM

Working together – building together

Our technology team combines different disciplines – engineering, science and communication – and by working together, we achieve more than we can individually.

The team consists of:

Laisvidas Striška – engineer specialising in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and chassis design, with extensive experience in high-fidelity modelling and designing technical solutions. He leads projects related to vehicle chassis analyses and has developed several innovative solutions, including a patented air suspension system. He has contributed to the development of the mechanical structure of the microscope, ensuring its robustness, stability and accuracy through finite element analysis.

Dr Inga Morkvėnaitė-Vilkončienė – Scientist, professor working in the field of bioelectrochemical technologies. She heads the Bioelectrochemical Technologies Laboratory at the FTMC, where she develops and researches innovative biosensors, bioelectric cells and nanocomposites. Prof. Dr. Morkvėnaitė-Vilkončienė also conducts important research in the modelling of electrochemical processes and in the analysis of mechanical properties of living cells. Her research and innovative approaches to bioelectrochemical processes have contributed to improving the performance and accuracy of the microscope.

Laura Striškiene – Communications professional with many years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her strength is her ability to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging stories that inspire audiences and create value for the organisation.
Laura was the main coordinator of the EXPO project, where she was responsible for the organisational work, the preparation for the exhibition and the creation of the microscope’s advertising. Working alongside the team, she contributed to the development of the marketing strategy and is now successfully implementing it.

Together, we aim to create synergies between science, technology and business.
Our team members regularly participate in international conferences, designing and actively seeking solutions that are the key to progress and new technologies to facilitate scientific research.
